Currently Caravan Fraud is very high which is due to how easy it is to encourage someone to book a holiday.
We are the sole owners of this caravan and bookings are only made directly through us as we do not hire our caravan out by any other means including Haven or any other hiring companies.

We cannot and will not be held accountable for anyone who loses money as a result of paying someone who claims to be the owner of our caravan or who uses photos of our van.

Haven/Bourne Leisure rarely confirm owners names or pitches due to the General Data Protection Regulations. 

If you live in Weston Super Mare or nearby, we are happy for potential guests to visit and see our ownership documentation prior to making payment.

If looking at other caravans for hire, you should ensure that when you are 'paying' for your holiday you do this via a traceable method i.e. bank transfer or cheque. It is strongly recommended not to send cash through the post.

Ask for contact details including the address.

Most reputable owners have been asked to watermark their pictures and you should ensure that the details on the pictures match the persons offering the hire of the caravan i.e. telephone numbers, websites etc.

Make as many checks as you feel is necessary prior to sending any money.
Lastly if the price of the holiday and what they are offering sounds too good to be true,  the chances are it is. Protect yourselves and be smart.
